General Practice Manager job in Redhill paying £60,000 with the opportunity to progress to Director.

Your new company is a top 20 Chartered Accountancy whom are looking to appoint a qualified ACA or ACCA Practice Manager, with strong general Practice experience within Audit, Accounts and Tax, into their office based just outside Redhill. This is a newly created job opportunity due to organic growth and new business wins.

Your new role
You'll be working with a prestigious firm of Accountants considered an "employer of choice" within Chartered Accountancy/Public Practice circles. As Practice Manager, you will have responsibility for a portfolio of Clients (from £500,000 upwards), managing, training and developing an exciting team of talented Practice professionals and overseeing all aspects of Accounting, Tax and Audit. This company offer excellent career development to Director level and beyond.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have extensive Practice Experience, as a qualified accountant who is either ACA or ACCA qualified and who has ideally gained Practice Management experience. You will have previous experience of either managing a portfolio of clients or managing staff and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. This firm is a general practice and therefore they require someone who has previously worked or trained within an independent firm and has gained a varied skill set encompassing Audit (60%), Accounting (30%) and Tax (10%).
