International Tax Manager, Nottingham, to £60k

Based in Nottingham, my client is an instantly recognisable brand and a market leader in the sector, is looking to appoint a Tax Manager. The role will be reporting into the Senior Tax Manager and will focus on International Tax and will be working within a large Tax function.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Senior Tax Manager with oversight of general tax matters relating to the Division.
* Undertaking research into a variety of tax technical areas and prepare analyses.
* Assist in the implementation and documentation of structural changes or transactions that affect the Division.
* Assist with the preparation and review as required of Transfer Pricing documentation relevant to countries/businesses within the Division.
* Provide assistance to other tax colleagues when required.
* Assist with preparation and review of internal legal contracts that document particular transactions between affiliated entities.
* There will be supervisory responsibilities in the role as well.

Key requirements:

* Qualified Tax Manager with experience within a multi-national company or within big 4/top 10.
* Hands-on experience of advising on international tax matters.
* Exposure to transfer pricing issues and documenting of cross-border related party transactions.
* Understanding of IFRS or US GAAP.
* Ability to communicate tax issues clearly and concisely to non-tax professionals.
