Simpson Booth are now recruiting for a Manager - Reward Consulting to join a leading Professional Services Firm based in London. Our client is keen to speak to people who have experience of advising on the aspects of the tax and legal aspects of incentive arrangements to come into the team and work primarily on the design, implementation and tax advisory aspects of incentive arrangements, with the opportunity to work across other work streams within the team.
You will need to be a team player who enjoys working with a diverse team and hold a relevant qualification eg ACA/CTA qualified or equiv or a qualified solicitor. The successful applicant will be a reward / share plans specialist who has a good understanding of the UK tax and legal issues that may arise in relation to long term and equity based incentive arrangements. Experience of legal documentation, employee communications and technical advice. You will be either within practice now or Industry. This is a National team dedicated to advising on the design, tax, market practice , corporate governance, regulatory and accounting aspects of management and broader employee incentive structures.
