This is a Temp Payroll Coordinator position

Job Description

This temporary Payroll Coordinator position will involve the following responsibilities:

* Delivering timely payroll
* Reconciling the payroll and maintain payroll records using excel spreadsheets
* Manage a high volume of payroll queries
* Administering pensions via payroll
* Providing payroll related journal postings
* Coordinate the provision of P60's and P11d's
* Facilitate the settlement of monthly payroll taxes
* Process all staff absences
* Get involved with payroll project work - process improvement suggestions

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this Payroll Specialist position will need to have the following skills:

* Solid prior payroll experience - ideally a minimum payroll size of 500
* Experience of third party provider vendor management
* start to finish payroll knowledge
* Able to work autonomously but also as part of a team
* Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Experience of a large HR payroll systems preferable e.g. ADP, ITRENT
* Good Excel skills
