Corporate Tax Reporting Manager- In House- London, to £85k

Our client is a leading Multinational company operating in a Global scale now looking to hire a Corporate Tax Reporting Manager to join their team in central London.

Job Description

*Provide analysis of the tax impact of corporate strategies to management

*Provide technical analysis of the impact of tax legislative changes to disclosures and formulate solutions to base on the Group's business scenario.

*Design and optimise the tax provisioning process which meets the requirements local US GAAP / IFRS standards, and the Group's management reporting needs.

*Provide technical guidance relating to tax reporting issue/process.

*Design the solution of utilization for DTA based on the tax rule, as well as the Group's business scenarios, especially for unused tax loss;

*Assist with the design of tax reporting IT framework and infrastructure and system-based tools for the collection of tax relevant data used for internal analysis.


Skills, Experiences and Qualification Required

-Strong direct tax and tax accounting technical knowledge, in particular tax accounting under US GAAP / IFRS

-Proven experience of direct tax reporting and analysis;

-Strong analytical skills;

-Leading accounting firm and/or MNC corporate experience preferred.

-Corporate tax reporting (IFRS & US GAPP knowledge)
