You will play a central role on the team which will include monitoring workflow and reporting to the team manager, supervising and training staff to enable the processing of UK tax returns to agreed service standards, building effective relationships with clients and colleagues and be responsible for a review allocation.
Training, coaching and development of team
Managing workflow of returns throughout the season to ensure agreed service level standards are met
Review of significant number of the returns prepared on the team
Participation in business development opportunities and work with manager to promote the team's services internally
Be actively involved in managing internal client relationships and communicating directly with clients to manage expectation and trouble shoot issues as they arise
ATT qualified (CTA desirable but not essential)
Previous experience of preparation and review of expatriate tax returns
Up to date tax knowledge
