Your new role
As the Tax Advisor, working for a Tax Team spread across the UK you will:

* Prepare annual current & deferred tax provisioning & supporting disclosures for group reporting consolidation purposes under IFRS
* Provide preparation of UK accounts tax disclosures under FRs102/101
* Prepare annual Corporation Tax computations for senior review
* Handle quarterly instalment payment calculations
* Provide optimisation of Capital Allowance Claims
* Assist with HMRC enquiries
* Support with Group compliance strategy decisions
* Assist with International Tax matters
* Update the UK transfer pricing local file
* Keep abreast of developments in Tax legislation
* Be involved in the UK Country by Country reporting process
* Identify planning opportunities
* Liaise with the wider Tax Team covering other compliance & planning (e.g. PSA, Stamp Duty, STBV reporting & VAT)

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Tax Professional with in-depth knowledge of Corporation Tax from previous experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm and/or Industry organisation. Ideally, you will have a relevant qualification, such as CTA, ATT, ICAS, ACCA or equivalent. Previous experience of Alphatax will enhance your application. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and impressive eye for detail. This organisation is keen to employ a dynamic individual who can utilise their initiative and develop, while successfully prioritising their workload.
