Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, Malaysia

Tonic International Recruitment is assisting one of Malaysia's leading consulting firms to hire a Transfer Pricing professional at Manager or Senior Manager level. This is a relatively new TP practice comprising of 10 staff and, despite its modest size, it is performing very well and has achieved excellent revenue growth this year. As a result, this newly created role will assist with servicing the solid pipeline of work from existing clients, whilst also helping to further grow the practice.

The work will be varied across planning, compliance and tax controversy management and include the following:

• Preparation of TP documentation
• Development of an inter-company TP policy
• Review of intra-group services and agreements
• Advance pricing agreements
• TP audit management
• TP dispute resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience for Managers, 8 years+ for Senior Managers in a similar role, preferably within a Big 4 firm
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Transfer Pricing (BEPS Action Plan 13 exposure highly desirable)
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia and travel some of the time
