JOB DESCRIPTION
The Tax Supervisor will:
Review and preparation of Federal, State and Local partnership returns (1065's) and corporate tax returns (1120, 1120s and 1120f)
Review and preparation of quarterly estimates (corporate and partnership)
Support and train staff in the preparation of all aspects of corporate & partnership returns and research
Respond to tax notices
Interact and build client relationships and support Manager, Senior Manager, and Partner on client accounts
REQUIRED SKILLS
4+ years of Tax experience
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Accounting and/or Tax
Previous experience in a Supervisory role
Experience in Partnership Taxation Compliance
Experience with C-Corporations
Experience in Corporate State and Local Tax Compliance and Tax issues
Microsoft Excel proficient
Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Desired Skills
CPA or parts passed
Previous experience working within a Big 4
