Corporate Tax Advisory Manager / Associate Director, KPMG, Dublin

We are currently seeking to hire a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager / Associate Director for a permanent opportunity, based in Dublin.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) and member of the Irish Taxation Institute

Strong technical knowledge of tax

Minimum of four and a half years in a professional tax environment, including some time at manager grade or equivalent.

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

Responsibility for a portfolio of International Tax Advisory clients – PLC’s and private groups.

Assisting Directors and Partners in providing advice to clients on a wide range of advisory projects, including attendance at meetings, liaising with foreign KPMG offices, lawyers and client and review of documents

Project management of Irish and cross border projects

Researching and resolving technical queries from clients

Liaising with Revenue

Having exposure to a range of Deal Advisory client activities.

Assisting in managing a group of approximately five employees (Seniors & Trainees).

Monitoring the development of seniors and trainees and playing an active role in the performance appraisal process
