Are you a Corporate Tax Manager who specialises in Insurance Tax?
Our client who is a leading Tax specialist is looking for a highly motivated and driven Corporate Tax Manager.
Working in the Corporate Tax department, this will give you the opportunity to develop relationships with clients and can offer a surprisingly broad range of quality career paths to ambitious people.
You will be mainly providing corporate tax advisory and M&A services as well as tax advisory services covering the full range of non-corporate taxes and generally be the main point of contact for the client for all taxes.
Experience and Background
• Good knowledge of UK corporate tax; possession of sound judgement, including the ability to identify and evaluate risk issues, and knowing when to involve others;
• A track record of leading projects, with a focus on accountability, high quality and timely delivery.
• Knowledge and experience in relation to insurance groups, including experience in all or some of the following fields: life insurance tax, general insurance tax, tax for Lloyds groups, and tax for insurance brokers would be beneficial but not essential.
• Chartered Tax and/or Chartered Accountancy and/or equivalent legal/HMRC/international qualification is essential.
