The Global Mobility team is '360 degree' focussed, executing tax technical, team leadership and client-facing responsibilities. It supports high-profile engagements touching on every corner of the world and you will be joining a group of talented colleagues who are equally driven by innovative thought and natural curiosity. Your role will centre on building relationships with clients and being a point of contact, as well as technical work including reviewing tax returns and helping to advise clients on global issues. You will contribute to the smooth running of client service teams and also be involved in business development/proposal work. Other duties include reviewing tax returns and preparation of income tax/NIC calculations, ensuring clients are provided with up to date information on global mobility developments and conducting arrival/departure briefings.
To succeed you need UK expatriate tax experience, including tax briefings, tax returns and advisory work. You should have experience of managing global assignee populations and experience of immigration, social security and compensation accumulation for different countries. You should be analytical and communicate with impact in both verbal and written contexts, displaying resilience under pressure and an ability to apply knowledge to non-routine situations.
