It is offering you the chance to join its growing Global Mobility practice within the Banking team.
You will be supported by a talented group of exceptional individuals, primarily working and leading the junior team on a portfolio of large US clients. You will advise clients on global mobility issues, ensuring they are provided with up to date information on developments and taking an active role in advisory project management. You will be involved in all aspects of US cross-border advisory work, covering tax, social security, process, policy and efficiencies. You will be involved in business development/proposals and carry out US arrival/departure briefings for senior assignees, as well as coaching and managing junior staff. Other duties include reviewing US tax returns, taking ownership for finance and billing and forming a day to day point of contact for allocated clients.
To excel in the role, you will need significant experience working in expatriate tax, with previous work in the banking sector being advantageous. You should be an analytical thinker with effective communication skills, holding demonstrable sound professional judgement. You will be comfortable with a high level of personal responsibility and accountability for team work, also having the desire to lead global service teams.
