Assistant Manager – Indirect Tax – £55, 000, London

Leading Big 4 firm is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their successful market leading Financial Services Indirect Tax team. This is one of the world’s leading professional services organisations and the group works with leading clients.

The team work closely with clients operating across all areas of FS, including Insurance, Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity and Alternative sectors, focusing on assisting clients on VAT and IPT. All members of the team work closely with colleagues in Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, Employee Tax, Assurance and Consulting teams. The role will allow the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to work with several UK leading FS companies and allow a clear opportunity for career progression.

The role will be to assist the Senior Indirect Tax team members to deliver a first class Indirect Tax consulting service to our diverse client base of leading multinational and national FS clients. A background in indirect tax is required with experience of tax advisory work, tax compliance and audit of tax. A Financial Services background is beneficial but not considered as essential.

Key requirements of this role include:
- ACA/ATT/CTA qualification or equivalent
- UK indirect tax and/or corporate tax background
