This is ideally suited to a strong manager of people who can get the best out of a talented AM/Manager Group and help them cope with a change of Partner leadership group and still reap the rewards of fast career progression and leading M&A RE pipeline.
The ideal person for this role, will naturally have Real Estate and/or Fund Management tax experience, but more importantly strives for the more "operational" management side of running a practice from leading a significant proportion of the people piece whilst nicely leveraging a very strong client base.
The team provides tax advisory and compliance services to UK and international property & infrastructure investors and fund managers and therefore offers the new Senior Manager to gain the opportunity to broaden their personal tax experience across Real Estate, Investment Management or Infrastructure.
The team have a revenue target of circa 20% over FY 2017/2018 and as one of the firms leading revenue generator, this is very achievable and therefore offers all new members market rate salary and bonus.
