US Tax Senior Manager - Bermuda

The firms Bermuda office serves an international client base. The Tax practice provides a full range of tax compliance, planning and advisory services to the focused needs of offshore insurance companies, investment funds, international executives and trusts.

Due to continued growth the firms Bermuda office currently seeks a US Tax Senior Manager to support the firm in maintaining their reputation as a leader in U.S. Tax services both in Bermuda and globally.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of U.S. tax services, including the preparation and review of complex and specialized U.S. tax returns for (re)insurance entities, investment funds, trusts, and/or corporate executives and other high net worth individuals; Advised clients on complex tax issues, transactions, and structuring; Develops and maintains market presence as well as strong relationships with clients and targets; and train, manage, mentor and develop tax staff.

Must have Five years of relevant experience (preferably with a Big 4 firm) in the U.S. tax technical concepts relevant to (re)insurance companies, investment funds, foreign trusts, and/or corporate executives and other high net worth individuals;

CPA or Enrolled Agent designation required; Masters degree in accounting or taxation preferred;
