Your new role
You will manage a team of Business Advisers and have responsibility for the Customer Service Team via line management of the Team Leader. You will manage the team against a KPI structure and provide general HR support in terms of productivity, attendance and performance management. There is also an element of Training & Development in terms of helping Advisers identify new streams of business and ways to support their teams.
What you'll need to succeed
This role really suits somebody used to managing Sales or Sales Support teams that are managed against a KPI framework e.g. contact centres. It would also be beneficial to be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of managing remote workers to ensure productivity and development.
