An exciting opportunity exists for you to become part of this growing business. Working as part of the Employer Solutions team, led by 4 Partners, you will play a key role in the delivery of employment tax work to clients. There is the opportunity to be involved in issues relating to internationally mobile employees and employment related securities as well. You will support a diverse range of organisations and take responsibility for advising on P11ds, PSAs, termination payments, optional remuneration arrangements, status issues, benefits and expenses, CIS as well as due diligence reviews and disclosures to HMRC. In addition to your client portfolio responsibilities, you will support the team on business development, delivering internal and external presentations and developing more junior staff. To succeed, you will require a solid grounding in employment tax, gained either in the Big 4 or a Tier A firm. Individuals currently working in-house will also be considered. A professional qualification would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.
