JOB DESCRIPTION
The Entities Tax Senior will:
Review and preparation of federal, state and local corporate tax returns (1120, 1120s and 1120f)
Review and preparation of federal, state and local partnership returns (1065s)
Review and preparation of quarterly estimates – corporate and partnership
Support and train staff in the preparation of all aspects of corporate and partnership returns and research
Respond to tax notices
Interact and build client relationships and support Manager/Senior Manager/Partner on client accounts
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
4+ years of public accounting and tax experience
Experience with C-Corporations
Experience in corporate state and local tax compliance
Experience in partnership taxation compliance
Experience in researching state and local tax issues
CPA license
Ability to multitask
Ability to communicate and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent organizational skills
Proactive and team-oriented
Desired Skills
Prior experience at a Big 4
