Playing a key role in this team's continued success, you will work with clients to minimise costs that arise in relation to employees, develop tax effective compensation packages, and manage employment taxes compliance. One day, you might be designing and implementing tax efficient remuneration or assisting clients with employment tax related transactions and the next, you could be drafting correspondence for HMRC, supporting on annual compliance projects or advising on expenses and benefits planning. You will benefit from early client exposure and the opportunity to work alongside some of the top practitioners in this specialist area.
In order to succeed, you will ideally hold a professional tax or accounting qualification along with a full appreciation of current tax legislation. Employment tax experience would be advantageous however those coming from an audit background who wish to specialise in this area will also be considered.
