The purpose of this role is to project manage the Group Tax & Finance initiatives which are intended to meet the obligations imposed by OECD BEPS CBCR, specifically including the development, build and roll out of the group’s proposed compliance system in conjunction with external advisers.
The individual will be responsible for:
*Supporting the Group Tax & Group Finance in development of comprehensive, robust system to allow the group to meet reporting obligations under OECD BEPS Action Plan 13 and related obligations
*Refinement and implementation of defined governance arrangements & relevant policies in respect of OECD BEPS Action Plan 13 reporting *Develop and manage relationships with key personnel within Group Tax, Group Finance, relevant other corporate functions and the Business Units in respect of the development and roll out of the compliance system
*Manage external professional service advisers who are developing & building compliance solution
*Development, building & testing of new compliance system to meet obligations under OECD BEPS Action Plan 13 and continued obligations under EU Accounting Directive Chapter 10, working with third party advisers
*Refinement and development of working manuals, guidance etc for users and reviewers
*Project management of roll out of new system, including dry run, dealing with lessons learned, refinements
You will have:
*ACA/CTA qualification
*Exposure to project management
*Good communication skills
