A leading M&A tax division within a Big 4 firm is looking to recruit M&A Tax specialists at the Manager and Senior Manager level. The Partner group is happy to sponsor specialists from Australia and New Zealand given the similar tax environments in both countries. Providing you have M&A Tax experience within a leading firm, the group would be happy to connect. This practice has taken market share within the transactions tax space year on year and continues to expand.
The team have all their transactions specialists sitting within one team, including corporate, infrastructure and PE deal specialists as well as restructuring and fund/management structuring specialists. This structure allows team members to specialise or experience a range of transactions. The team work with a variety of clients from a range of sectors, working closely with the incredibly strong network of transactions specialists at the firm globally.
The opportunity:
• High level management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects
• Overall responsibility of quality of client service
• Operational responsibility for specialist projects or client accounts or teams in specialist markets or geographies
• Leverage expertise to strategically build profitable revenue growth in specialist area or across wider market
• Create value through thought leadership, bringing new insights and delivering service excellence
• Build networks internally and manage leads from other areas
• Significant involvement in the management of the team both in terms of strategy and operations
The Person:
• ACA/CA/CTA/ tax inspectors with full technical training course/ law qualification
• Significant experience from a large practice in M&A tax and PE / funds
• The team will happily sponsor the right candidate should a visa be needed
• Strong technical skills
• Business development skills
