Do you know your way around managing a Personal Tax Compliance function?
Are you perhaps looking for an opportunity that can offer exposure to more advisory work?
Do you want to work for a growing, independent, multi office accountancy firm in central London?
If you can answer yes to the above, then I would be keen to speak to you about an excellent Private Client Tax Manager position in central London. The role will involve managing the firms tax compliance cycle and getting the compliance team up to speed so that they are self-sufficient. Now the fun bit; once this has been achieved you will be working closely with a partner and director on a varied portfolio of advisory work. This will be available from day one but will increase as your time in the role does.
You will have direct line management for 4 team members including a CTA qualified tax consultant.
The firm have been established for over 50 years, have over 5 partners across 2 offices with around 70 staff. This role will be based in their central London office. The partner and directors are working very hard to actively grow the tax offering and as such need a CTA qualified manager to assist with this growth. They are offering the opportunity to be part of their strategic long term plans and to influence the direction of their tax offering.
If you have a sound working knowledge of CGT, IHT and Trusts and are interested in the criteria above then it sounds like you could be ready for the challenge.
