JOB DESCRIPTION

The Vice President of State & Local Tax will be responsible for:

Interacting with Controllers and other interfacing areas to obtain information required to calculate and properly report apportionment, prepare required statements and disclosures, etc.
Preparing quarterly estimates of state taxable income
Preparing various calculations required for ASC740
Preparing other calculations used for firm-wide tax planning

REQUIRED SKILLS

6+ years of Tax (Compliance, Corporate, State & Local) experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax and/or a related field
Previous experience in a Leadership, Management, and/or Supervisory role
Microsoft Excel proficient
Solid analytical and research skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
