JOB DESCRIPTION
The Transfer Pricing Manager will be responsible for:
Managing preparation In-house or by External Advisors of annual transfer pricing documentation and disclosures within US and non-US tax returns for 30+ affiliates in accordance with US and foreign requirements
Implementing global transfer pricing strategies related to acquisitions, business restructurings, etc.
Performing initial review and summary of transfer pricing results on an actual and forecasted basis
Drafting responses to notices and inquiries from various taxing authorities
Researching, analyzing, and documenting issues and opportunities as identified
REQUIRED SKILLS
4+ years of Transfer Pricing experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, and/or Finance
Microsoft Excel proficient
Solid analytical and research skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
