Our client has built a strong reputation for advising growing SMEs and OMBs, as well as larger listed corporate entities. Demand for their expertise continues to grow and they are keen to recruit an ACA or CTA qualified Tax Senior Manager to oversee the delivery of tax planning and compliance advice, to a high quality portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will perform very much a client-facing role, taking responsibility for a portfolio of corporate/business clients.You will act as their trusted adviser, providing assistance as the businesses grow and develop. You will also supervise junior tax advisers, review their work and assist Partners with ad hoc planning projects.
Experience of transaction-related planning (due diligence and planning for sales), shareholder planning or remuneration planning would be particularly valued.
There will also be scope to get involved with marketing initiatives and to prepare presentations / pitches to potential clients and referral networks.
