Tax Controller - Global Strategy, San Jose, California, to $180k

You will be reporting to the Global Tax Director - Tax Strategy, working closely with your counterparts globally.

* Budgeting and forecasting annual income tax expense. Developing goals for annual income tax expense and managing its process.
* Communicating and cooperating with regions and related departments to ensure that management requirements are implemented.
* Managing the ETR of daily income tax expense, tax source and category; This includes daily communication and the support of the Group's budget and rolling forecast.
* Issuing quarter and annual routine and topic-based reports.
* Providing training, enablement for regions and popularizing experience among them.
* Assisting in profit distribution planning and developing ROS goals for each entity.
* Assigning contact persons to the Group, domestic subsidiaries, business centers and core companies for managing goals, budget and rolling forecast.
* Issuing routine reports.
* Performing routine contact with the Subsidiary Finance, the Finance Department, the Operations & Mgmt Dept and the Accounting Mgmt Dept.
* Participating in managing the impact of special business and tax arrangement on profit distribution.
