FS TAX DIRECTOR / SENIOR MANAGER - AIRCRAFT LEASING - DUBLIN IRELAND

We act for a Big 4 client currently looking to appoint a Tax Senior Manager/ Director in Financial Services to focus primarily on growing our client's aviation business. This role will involve working closely with a strong tax team comprising tax partners and management team to continue the strong growth of this business line into the future.

The position is based in our client's Dublin office.

Key responsibilities:

Market development into our private equity client base in the US
Support local Irish market development opportunities
Managing key client account relationships to provide strong supervision and oversight
Advising on Irish domestic and international corporate tax matters
Assisting clients with global co-ordination of tax
Managing and leading a team of graduates and seniors in the provision of all services to clients
Supporting our client's network activities generally and specifically in the aviation network

Required skills and experience:

Professional qualification in ACA (or equivalent), law and/ or Tax
Background experience in aviation tax preferred
Open to industry or practice professional
Genuine interest in the aviation sector
A self-motivated individual with a determination to grow a business
Advanced technical, interpersonal and client relationship skills are required
Track record in building client relationships and business development activities.
Negotiation skills, able to sustain opinion, make decisions and handle challenges.
Demonstration and ability to lead a team of people to deliver a quality service to clients.
