JOB DESCRIPTION
The Property Tax Analyst will:
Reconcile and analyze fixed assets for property tax filings
Prepare Business Personal Property tax returns
Copy and mail approved property tax returns to various jurisdictions
Review/reconcile assessment notices and trouble shoot discrepancies
Process check requests
Prepare property tax audit files
Complete various administrative functions and inquires
REQUIRED SKILLS
Fluency with all MS Office tools, including Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Clear understanding of finance and accounting principles
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and a creative and flexible approach to problem solving
Excellent time management skills
Keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
