Leading Channel Island Tax team seek a US Tax Manager to join a new and rapidly expanding team

As the only US Tax team in the Channel Islands, our client have unrivalled exposure to the offshore Private Equity Houses, Assets Managers and Funds and assist all those raising equity, who have US investors whom require statutory reporting.

The team assist with Schedule K1 and FATCA reporting, as well as providing advice where appropriate in relation to partnership, hedgefund and private equity affairs/ issues.

The opportunity would be suitable for an individual with US Tax exposure, knowledge of relevant compliance procedures and the ability to provide advice, when necessary.

You will supported by an experienced Senior Manager and will be expected to offer support to a more junior member of staff in order to aid development.

The team present to potential clients on a regular basis and, therefore, involvement in presentation, pitches, networking and business development is definitely available and will be actively encouraged.

This is a fairly new team that is proving to be highly successful and will offer great progression in the future for the right individual.

Existing Managers or highly experienced Assistant Managers looking for a Manager opportunity will both be considered but practical US Tax and CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, is essential.

The role would ideally be based in Guernsey, however, the firm would also consider a permanent placement in Jersey.
