OPPORTUNITIES

We are looking for a CTA and / or ACA Corporate Tax Director to take a lead role in this growing team. This is a key appointment for the growing and expanding Tax team. You will take responsibility for the delivery of services for the Healthcare tax team, dealing with private equity backed clients, groups and complex private companies You will oversee the timely delivery of the compliance process, as well as advising on restructuring projects, M&A activity and a wide range of other tax issues. We can offer complex corporate tax work of the highest calibre.

Our Heathcare client base continues to expand and the successful applicant will also be involved in obtaining new clients, through joint pitches with the Head of Healthcare. The position offers the opportunity for promotion to Partner.
