Description
The Employment Tax team is growing, fast and due to some recent client wins they have the need to recruit for a Senior Manager. As an employment tax specialist, you'll gain great responsibility within the portfolio, taking full ownership and leading consulting projects, whilst being part of the leadership team to develop business opportunities from the Corporate Tax teams.
This role is ideal for a Assistant Manager looking to move to Manager or an established Manager, best suited to a motivated individual, who wants to develop their career while gaining excellent experience.
Responsibilities range from:
* Drafting technically complex work and reviewing the work of others.
* P11DP11D/PAYEPAYE Settlement Agreements the compliance process and monitoring deadlines/payment dates;
* Actively identifying and developing a network of contacts internally and externally;
* Target and evaluate new business opportunities
* Developing and maintaining relationships with new colleagues and clients;
* Coaching and mentoring of junior team members;
* Working across other business functions where needed
Profile
* Ideal candidate will be from a Top 20 firm
* Qualified CTA/ATT with some post qualified experience
*Detailed working knowledge of P11D/PAYE Settlement Agreements the compliance process
* Development of team members, raising the Employment Tax internal profile
