As the Head of Expatriate and Employment Taxes, you will take principal responsibility working on a large scale employee taxes transformation covering a range of Employment/Expatriate tax matters/ STBT/RTI, and helping the business integrate new technology group wide.
The role suits an experienced Employee taxes professional who posseses excellent influencing skills, strong project management and the ability to lead and engage on transformation projects across the globe.
Key responsibilities:
•Leading the transformation of all employee tax reform
•Collaborating and essentially complimenting the work done by their highly renowned global mobility group
•Experience on relevant issues such as STBT, Global compensation, RTI and technology all relevant in the success of this transformation
•Proven ability to work autonomously
•Liaising with the external tax advisers as required and other relevant external providers
•Working with the larger Group to design and implement suitable controls over areas of risk
About you:
•ACA/CTA/ATT qualified (or equivalent)
•Proven UK tax employment tax experience
•Relevant transformation experience
