Tax Manager, Deal Advisory

Our client is a leading global player in the professional services sector, who are known for the outstanding quality and excellent career progression prospects.

As a Tax Manager in a team working exclusively on M&A, private equity, cross-border and corporate deals, you will be extensively involved in high profile transactions with a broad client base. The role with have a strong focus on transactional work pertaining to both domestic and cross-border matters. Your scope of work will focus predominantly on the GST and stamp duty implications of these transactions whilst working closely with colleagues from other tax disciplines.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 4 years' experience in indirect tax (including GST and/or stamp duty) preferably from a top accounting firm, law firm or other professional services practice. Candidates with a legal qualification will be strongly considered.
