Senior Tax & Structuring Manager for Private Equity Firm, to £120k + bonus

Role Profile:

* Oversee and advise on structuring of Fund acquisitions
* Principal focus will be on tax structuring, with regard to accounting and legal implications
* Support the transaction team in structuring the financing arrangements
* Review of contract documentation for consistency of implementation with planning
* Creation, review and supervision of Funds Flow in conjunction with Finance Team
* Management of implementation of structure and closing process
* Design and implementation of LTIPs
* Oversee and advise on portfolio company re-organisations, restructurings, refinancing's and exits
* Liaison with CFO/Finance Team/ Tax Director of business as required
* Assist on tax affairs of the Fund and the Advisor
* Dealing with Inland Revenue queries/correspondence
* Acting as custodian of Advisor's operating procedures

Candidate Profile:

* Qualified accountant (ACA)
* Tax qualifications an advantage
* Specific experience of private equity, and particularly LBO transactions, essential
* Must be extremely numerate
* Confident, articulate individual who inspires confidence in their execution capability with senior members of the organisation as well as external counterparties and advisors
* Audit/financial accounting experience an advantage
