A rapidly growing SME are seeking their first Payroll Manager to take control of all payroll matters and manage a small team. This greenfield role will report directly into the Head of HR and provide true autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll, updating the database and maintaining files
- Manage the payroll calendar in collaboration with various partners
- Maintain a strong relationship with the tax advisor
- Implementation of Merit Software
Requirements:
- Experience preferably to manager level for payroll, experienced with recruitment or umbrella corporations would be very beneficial
- Experience of Merit would be advantageous
- A confident personality with people management experience would be advantageous
- Comfortable liaising closely with senior management
