Our client, a leading Global HR Consulting firm is seeking an experienced Exec Comp Consultant to join the highly skilled and diverse London team. You will plan, design and implement Executive Compensation and incentive programs for existing and new clients in the UK and internationally. You will work directly with Managers and executive leaders of listed companies to evaluate and develop compensation and reward strategies that facilitate achievement of business and human capital strategies. On a day to day basis you will be heavily involved in project management and develop diverse compensation structures, competitive base pay and incentive approaches and collaborate and contribute to the development, design and implementation of employee executive compensation programs that include total rewards strategy, competitive benchmarking, and pay analyses. The client is ideally looking for individuals with some knowledge of tax, corporate finance, regulatory and accounting requirements in order to design Executive Compensation plans and expertise in compensation, including annual, equity, stock and other long and short term incentive programs. The successful candidate will have excellent academics, strong written communication skills and a self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity.
