SENIOR MANAGER FINANCIAL SERVICES RISK CONSULTING

Our client a Big 4 firm in Vietnam is looking for a senior manager in FS risk consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead multiple client development efforts, design and sell engagements and manage client relations in a consulting environment
•Proactively engage with clients to build effective relationships during on-going assignments and continue to maintain relationships with clients to win more engagements
•Manage all aspects of client engagement execution and deliver agreed project outputs that exceed client expectations in terms of time, quality and cost
•Use commercial awareness to identify consulting opportunities in target accounts
•Compile clear and concise oral and written reports
•Supervise and review the work of other team members, providing coaching and support to them and managing their performance
•Lead workshops and presentations at client premises and within the team and provide guidance to the team
•Contribute towards the technical, industry and consulting capability of the Finance Services Consulting Team.

Job Requirements:
•University degree in a relevant field, i.e. risk management, finance, banking, economics, mathematics or statistics
•Additional certification such as PRM, FRM or equivalent is a plus
•Six to eight years of working experience in the banking industry or banking consulting in one or more of the following areas: credit risk management, credit portfolio management and credit processes
•Strong knowledge of risk management issues that most banks in Vietnam are facing
•Strong understanding of credit processes, credit models and their use
•Ideally, experience in consulting and managing complex projects
•Leadership skills and management ability
•Proven technical capabilities
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Experience in managing and working in a team environment to develop an integrated business solution
•Prior experience in the field of consulting and business development would be beneficial
•Excellent commercial awareness
•Rapid learning capability and the ability to work under pressure
•Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
