Our client is is a prestigious firm of Chartered Accountants based in Surrey. Due to continued expansion, they currently seek an ambitious ACA or ACCA Qualified Accountant (or Newly Qualified) for a key role within their Accounting team.
This Practice has a very impressive client base and includes international organisations, HNWIs and entrepreneurial owner managed businesses.
Your role will be to supervise and develop a highly motivated team (many of whom are active studying ACA, ACCA and AAT). The role is varied and challenging and the main duties will include:
Prepare and review of Monthly Management Accounts
Prepare and review Statutory Accounts
Work in a multi-currency environment
Review quarterly VAT returns
Regular client liaison to offer general business advice.
You will have gained your accounting experience working in Practice and be comfortable to supervise more junior team members and liaise directly with clients and senior members of the management team.
