This firm is extremely respectful to their staff – shown in the fact they have a low staff turnover – and whilst there is a job to do and it is a really busy Practice some flexibility may be given to the right person.

The firm have enjoyed some significant growth in the last few years and it is now time to take on an additional person – the Partners plan to recruit a Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) or perhaps a late finalist who has ambition to progress their career in an independent Surrey based firm.

The firm is well established and has a wide range of clients that are predominantly Surrey based. The services offered include general accounts preparation, bookkeeping and payroll services, audit work and tax advice / planning.

You will work closely with the Partners and the Practice Manager to achieve an excellent service delivery to existing clients and also to assist with the growth with new/potential clients. The role will be varied and it is envisaged it will grow in line with the business.

The main duties will involve:

Statutory accounts preparation
Monthly management accounts, budgeting and cash flow reviews
Corporation tax and personal tax
Overall business support and advice

This is a fantastic career opening for a recently Qualified Accountant or perhaps a technically gifted Part Qualified to join a dynamic firm and play a major part in their future success. To secure this position you will already have experience of working within a firm of Accountants and ideally a proven track record of cultivating long term business relationships as this is very much a client facing role.

The salary band set by Fletcher George is £34,000 - £39,000 (based on full time hours) but will depend on relevant experience. Based near Addlestone the role is commutable from Weybridge, Woking, Esher areas.
