Tax Lead – Lower Gulf Region.

Kingpin International is working exclusively to recruit a Lead Tax role for a newly created In House Tax Function.

As part of the Senior Financial Management team and reporting into the CFO, the Head of Tax will play an integral part in the Tax Strategy for this diverse International Group. You will work closely with stakeholders (partners) who require International Tax expertise and Counsel across Multiple jurisdictions in particular with relation to Tax planning and Restructuring.

The only profiles that will be considered for this role MUST have an International tax background with a practical working knowledge of Europe and North American Tax jurisdictions (not limited to). You will also have approx. 12-15 years of dedicated International Corporate Tax experience that includes a mix of Big 4 Advisory and an In House Tax role within Private Equity, Financial Services, Real Estate only.

Anyone who has Treasury Management (in addition) experience as part of their profile, would also be appreciated.

Your ability to communicate with credibility and knowledge will go hand in hand with diplomacy and persuasion to build highly effective working partnerships across all levels of the organisation.

This person will be required to come in and add real value to the business and to understand their values and contribute to the strategic direction.
