Share Schemes Manager job at a Top 10 Firm in London, salary £50-65k plus benefits.

Having worked on hundreds of schemes, they have the experience to listen and understand a business and its needs.
Due to growth in this area, the firm are looking to take on a Share Schemes Manager to help develop the team.
Your new role
You will draft share plans and bonus plans including review of articles of association and shareholders agreements as well as reviewing employee share trusts (as required), analysing and advising on the tax and national insurance treatment of implementing the plans. This includes international tax aspects, assistance with compliance and preparation of share valuations for agreement with HMRC.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be ACCA /ACA /CTA/Solicitor but must have at least four years relevant experience. Previous experience operating at manager level in a similar role with experience of mid-sized public and private companies will be essential, as well as proven experience in client handling. In addition, you'll need strong people and case management skills, experience of performing and leading advisory assignments and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
