An opportunity has arisen within a niche firm in Aberdeen to be part of their employer solutions team as an employment tax specialist, gaining great responsibility by owning and leading your own consulting projects, whilst being part of the leadership team to develop business opportunities.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual, who wants to develop their career and skills, whilst gaining excellent experience.
General responsibilities will range from:
* developing and maintaining relationships with new colleagues and clients;
* drafting technically complex work and reviewing the work of others.
* P11D/PAYE Settlement Agreements the compliance process and monitoring deadlines/payment dates;
* actively identifying and developing a network of contacts internally and externally;
* Target and evaluate new business opportunities
* coaching and mentoring of junior team members;
* Working across other busienss functions where needed
* participating in both internal and external meetings through relevant preparation/presentation of both the employment taxes technical and other non-technical matters.
