As the Senior Transfer Pricing Manager you will be key member of a highly collaborative Group Tax Team, based at the Global Headquarters. You will develop a detailed understanding of the Group’s Operating model and provide support to the business across all areas of transfer pricing.
This is a commercially engaged commercial and technical tax role, ideally suited, but not limited, to someone with proven industry experience and the ability to discuss complex issues in plain language.
Key responsibilities;
•Provide strategic direction in relation to how organisational change impacts existing transfer pricing arrangements in Europe, North America and Developing markets.
•Assist the Tax Director in the development and implementation of revised transfer pricing policies.
•Work with Finance and relevant stakeholders to develop processes and a control framework necessary to ensure transfer pricing policies are implemented.
•Assist the Tax Director in developing dispute resolution strategy.
•Engagement with tax authorities in relation to Advance Pricing Agreements / audit defence, requiring development of effective negotiation strategies.
•Work with local country teams and Advisors to ensure that necessary transfer pricing documentation is prepared and maintained in line with local requirements.
•Continuously assessing changes in the global transfer pricing environment particularly related to the OECD’s BEPS project.
•Advising Tax leadership on key impacts to the Group’s transfer pricing defence framework and audit strategies.
•Supporting countries and the Tax Business Partners in relation to ad-hoc Transfer Pricing issues including intercompany funding.
•Providing transfer pricing support to other Tax projects including restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
About you;
•ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
•Proven transfer pricing background
•Strong awareness of international tax issues
•Big 4 training preferred
•Commercial experience preferred
•Able to discuss TP technical matters in plain language.
