About The Opportunity
An experienced Tax professional is actively being sought out by an international entertainment company for a promising opportunity on their staff as a Senior Associate in their Tax Compliance department. In this role, the Senior Tax Associate will be responsible for the preparation of US Federal and State and Local tax returns, including consolidated and separate tax returns.

The Senior Tax Associate will:
Assist the Director of Domestic Tax Compliance in answering tax audit information requests and state and Federal Tax notices
Assist in development and implementation of US Federal and State and Local tax planning strategies
Research Federal and State and local tax issues
Conduct tax research and analysis regarding the US state and local sales and use taxes
Assist in year-end ASC 740
Assist in performing due diligence for acquisitions, tax audits and other projects
Manage and prepare, in conjunction with Vice President of International Taxes, tax research, analysis and tax calculation required for the preparation of Form 1118
Manage and prepare, in conjunction with VP of International Tax, the completion and filing of selected international tax and treasury reporting forms
