An opportunity for an experienced CTA/STEP adviser or UK private client solicitor, with strong IHT, trusts and estate planning experience, to join the Private Client team of a Top 10 international accountancy firm.
Our client has built a strong reputation in the Private Client field, acting for an enviable client base of new money entrepreneurs and international HNWIs. Their Partners are amongst the most respected in the industry and continue to grow a thriving Private Client Tax & Trusts practice.
They now seek an IHT & Estate Planning Director to perform a client-facing advisory role. The position would suit either a Senior Manager/lawyer seeking to step up to Director for the first time, or an existing Director looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to perform a high profile, strategic role.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of ad hoc estate planning, trust planning and IHT issues. They will also oversee the delivery of trust accounting, tax and administration services, effectively leading a team of experienced trust advisers. In addition to excellent trusts and estates technical knowledge, it is essential the individual possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
They will be an ambassador for the Estate Planning team, as well as the Private Client department more widely and be encouraged to get involved with marketing and networking initiatives.Ref 574
