Based in central London, this growing company provides mobile, broadband and television services to a large customer base. Due to this growth, there has been new requirements for a Tax Manager to join the team to support this growth.
Description
The successful candidate will have a broad range of responsibilities across tax including but not limited to the following:
* Manage the production, preparation and calculations for UK corporate tax returns
* Manage VAT compliance on a quarterly basis
* Prepare all relevant reporting as it relates to areas of taxation
* Manage communications with HMRC and relevant revenue authorities
* Analyze current operating processes with the view towards implementing best practices
* Act as key point of contact for all tax specific enquiries
* Support finance for any M&A related activities from a tax perspective as necessary
* Ad hoc duties as required
Profile
* Professionally qualified (ACA/CTA/ACCA or overseas equivalent)
* Industry experience is an advantage but practice candidates will be considered
* Proven ability to deliver results while working independently
