This US based multinational computing giant is worth billions and has operations across the globe. The successful candidate will be based in their London office, reporting to the UK and Ireland Tax Director.
Description
This role has a broad range of responsibilities associated with UK and Ireland corporate tax including, but not limited to the following:
* Managing the planning, calculations and outsourced compliance for corporate tax of UK and Irish tax entities
* Monitor outsourcing centre's tax work as it relates to corporate taxation to review quarterly US tax requirements
* Manage external and internal stakeholders and advisers
* Identify opportunities and assist in tax planning for the purpose of minimizing liabilities
* Assist in communications with revenue authorities
* Monitor potential tax risks and implement effective controls
* Work across the business group to ensure appropriate level of oversight from a tax perspective
* Ad hoc duties as necessary
Profile
* Professionally qualified (CTA ideally)
* In House experience is an advantage
* Experience dealing with American multinational organizations is an advantage
