Solutions Consultant - FATCA Specialist, Thomson Reuters

Solution Consultants represent the Thomson Reuters FATCA software and services solution to current and potential clients. This involves communicating the value of the software and services’ solutions to prospects and our customers and understanding and discussing their processes and technology needs. The goals of this role are to increase sales of our FATCA offering, as well as improve usage of the software by existing clients. This is typically via a mixture of physical and remote meetings with end users and decision makers.

Responsibilities include:

•The specialist will be responsible for representing our FATCA products and solutions to current and potential clients.
•Supporting the sales team in selling our FATCA solution by providing demo support and assistance on the technical aspects of proposals.
•Being the EMEA product expert for FATCA and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are apprised of latest developments and the product roadmap.
•Working with their Manager to determine the strategy and working with Sales and Marketing to ensure that our message is being communicated and that the material supports that message and is up to date.
•Taking responsibility for the client experience and ensuring that customer excellence is delivered throughout the sales cycle and delivery process.
•Producing and maintaining demo data and examples for the sales teams to use, training the sales team on these, refining these and updating as necessary.
•Being the 'face' of the product at events
•Participation in putting together proposals

The reporting line will be into the Senior Manager – ONESOURCE Solution Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop a deep and detailed knowledge of the product from a users perspective. In addition, they will be conversant with technology so they are able to explain key technical areas of the software to prospects.
