This firm currently seeks a high achieving UK Trusts Tax Assistant Manager / Manager with at least 5 years experience.
You will be exclusively working on trusts, off shore and associated structures. You will need to have a good working knowledge of off shore trusts, resident / domicile and anti-avoidance. You will be CTA qualified preferably through the trust route. You will be formulating advice independently as well as assisting senior staff on more complex projects. You will be expected to have a good knowledge of Offshore trust and associated offshore structures from a UK tax point of view, including application of anti-avoidance legislation. There would be a few private clients to deal with (advice and returns) as well but the role would be centred in our UK trust team (which deals with offshore rusts from a UK tax point of view). Strong working knowledge of resident and domicile issues and UK legislation re offshore trusts as well as anti avoidance is needed.
